Paul and Lenore
Paul and Lenore are back on Caye Caulker again, we had so much fun with them when they were here last month I was so pleased to run into them again! Sadly, the reason for their visit this time was that Paul's father, who has been a long time resident of Belize, passed away last Friday. I was sad for the reason for their visit, but glad to see them anyway. I don't think I told you about Paul and Lenore last time they were here. They are a great couple who live in San Fransisco, CA (Paul is originally from Holland) and he works in clean energy and she is a nurse. Rick and I got an education in beer and the proper way to drink it on their last visit. Turns out we have been drinking beer wrong ever since we were old enough to drink beer! Anyway, it was good to see them again, even if they only came to the island for one night.

ReplyDeleteI just see now the message, our taxi is arriving in 15 minutes and brings us the Airstrip. We make sure to make a toast at Yet's Bar for the next 18 years.
